Storage of the personal data

Personal data that are transmitted to us in the context of a general contact inquiry by mail or with a contact form, are stored by us exclusively for the purpose of the respective correspondence. In the case of subsequent questions the data will be stored for 6 months. We do not transmit these data to a third party. If you have transmitted your personal data to us in the context of a reservation, these are stored only as long as necessary for the winding up of the contract and eventually contract-related correspondence afterwards or in case of documents that are relevant according to commercial law and/or according to tax law, that contain personal data, these are stored as long as the legal terms prescribe it.

Legal basis:

The processing of personal data in the context of general inquiries or obliging reservations, happens on account of an approval or it is necessary for the fulfilment of the suitable contract.

Rights of the affected person

You are entitled to following rights if the legal conditions described in article 15 to 20 DSGVO are fulfilled: Right of information, on correction, on deletion, on restriction of the processing on data transferability. Moreover according to Art. 21(1) DSGVO you have the right of objection against the processing that bases on Art. 6(1) DSGVO, as well as against the processing for the purpose of direct advertising. Statistical evaluation

On the servers log files about the access of the user of the sides are stored, in particular firm or dynamic IP address of the appealing user, called sides, browser type, Referrer addresses, access date and access time. We have access to these data. The data contained in the log files are used exclusively for statistical purposes. An identification of the user does not take place – it is not legally prescribed.

On our web site we use cookies i.e. the small text files which are filed with the help of the browser on your terminal. Lasting cookies recognise that your PC had already a connection with a special offer. There are no disadvantages for you by the application of the cookies. Google Analytics

Google will use this informations by our order to evaluate the use of our online offer by the users, to create reports of the activities within this online offer and to render further services to us connected with the use of this online offer and the Internet use. Pseudonymous profiles of utilisation of the users can be provided from the processed data.

We use Google Analytics only with activated IP-anonymization. This means, the IP address of the users is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatories of the agreement about the European economic area. Only in special cases the full IP address is transferred to a server of Google in the USA and is shortened there. The IP adress transmitted by the browser of the user is not brought together with other data by Google.
